In the community of Palmira lives Wilmer, age 18, who just finished his secondary studies and entered the world of work. Many young Ecuadorians are desperate because they cannot get permanent jobs, and even less so when they do not have higher education. Seeing this reality in his country, Wilmer didn't stand by idly. He has worked the land with his parents with crops appropriate to the zone, and raised sheep and other smaller animals. He can do this work easily because his parents taught him when he was a boy.
Wilmer wishes to grow crops and raise small animals for his own account on a larger scale. Therefore he is requesting his first loan to buy agricultural supplies and seeds, as well as a couple of sheep and pigs. In this way, he will begin having his own crops and herds.
