Bolstered by the growing impact and reach of our partnership with Kiva, the USWNTPA is expanding our commitment to economic justice by designating 50% of our Kiva funds to small businesses in L.A. and across California. We want to honor the resilience of our host community and extend support to businesses impacted by the wildfires.
We've supported 5,175 people and counting.
Every dollar from U.S. Women's National Team Players Association (USWNTPA) goes further because it gets recirculated again and again.

As people flourish, they pay back their loans
Repaid loans are recirculated to support more people
From racial discrimination and gender biases to armed conflict and climate change, there are many reasons why people are financially excluded.
Kiva’s mission is to provide financial access to all. There are still 1.4 billion people who lack financial access. Let’s change that.
Even though research shows that women are more likely to invest their earnings in ways that have a long-term impact on their families and communities, an overwhelming number still lack the economic agency to do so.
Donations made through this page will be lent to Kiva borrowers, and the USWNTPA will match eligible loans up to $50,000. Limits may apply. Repaid funds may be re-lent continuously until February 25, 2026, after which time repayments will go towards Kiva's operating expenses. Have questions or feedback about this partnership?
