Letea's story
I was once homeless and had to escape domestic violence, struggling with bad credit and low income, making traditional housing out of reach. Through perseverance, I improved my credit, purchased my first property, and offered a room to my first tenant and her son fleeing domestic violence while providing financial literacy and the home buying process classes to my tenant.
Now, 2 years later she will be starting the process to buy her first home and it feels great.
Now I am dedicated to helping others in the community overcome similar challenges.
